Your boot drive is the EVO 850 SSD disk.

You can do a test, unplug all usb devices and the other HDD disks and boot only with the SSD disk.

Do you have any other drives connected which contain an active partition since this can delay / confuse the bot process? You can use MiniTool Partition Wizard to check this and set them to inactive.

what's the value (in decimal) of this registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Power\FwPOSTTime

It tells the value of the POST duration.

Just FYI- that value is also the value reported on the Task Manager/Startup Tab.

Drier climate! It seems to vary..... cold boot tends to be higher, probably due to inventory taking (what we old timers used to call "sizing" the system). That post was cold boot from off overnight, Restart show 2 seconds lower. Go figure!
