HP laptop pavillion 15 | intel core i3 before reset, AMD after reset

Hello guys ok so i was having some problems with my computer and i just wanted a clean install windows 10! I didnt have any win 10 CD/USBs so I decided to buy a usb from amazon.

USB bought: Amazon.com: Windows 10 64-bit Home and Pro Re-install, Recovery, Repair USB by RANDS

ok so I wanted to mention before I proceed with my issue that i have a

Device: HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70GHz
    GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
    Bit type: 64 Bit

I'm not sure what else i would need to add there. Ok I can proceed with my issue.

After I reset my computer the name of the User when i go to C:\Users in the Explorer changed from MannysPC to jesus. idk if i should be concern about that but just wanted to put it here just in case. Also i had some brightness issues where the brightness would increase if I go to a page with a white background and decrease when I was in a page with a black background which i searched online and supposedly its an AMD feature called adaptive Brightness which i deffinitely dont have because i checked in the turn windows features on and off and i didnt see anything there, also that never happened to me before. Also when i download Applications sometimes i cant download 64bit apps even tho my laptop is a 64 bit laptop! It tells me i have a 32 bit

I also wanted to add and this issue is probably my biggest issue is that my laptop doesnt fully turn off now when i go to start + power + shut down.

It goes to the shutting down screen and turns off the screen but my power button and the wifi light on the wifi key is still on. I have to hold the power button to turn the light off! all this happened after the reset!

if you guys need anymore information, have any questions that i can answer to get the help i need i'll be glad to answer them!

There should be a sticker under your laptop that has the complete model number of your device.

Use it as a basis for the drivers you are going to download.

For an insiders edition you can use the Microsoft feedback.

Alternatively you can clean install the latest non-insiders version: 1809 or 17763

There was no definitive misbehaving driver in the live kernel dump file.

The logs displayed corruption of the Windows search service early after the installation of the new operating system.

Windows may have already fixed the problem with search.

In the left lower corner search type: troubleshoot > run the search troubleshooter and see whether there are any remaining problems.

For the users if you did not create the user then perform a clean install.

If there are alternative users on the computer you can switch users to see whether there are are or are not problems with the different users.
