Windows 10. Small freeze, then black screen and hard lockup

I have had this issue with my machine for a while and it can happen in both load and idle. I stress tested the computer for several hours with no issues and even played games and then suddenly the screen goes black and it locks up.

For whatever reason, my computer does not create a bump file, despite using the correct settings. Also, the event viewer no errors to speak off.

Also done a disc check for bad sectors etc and a memory test, both passed.

It happens on a 980gtx ti and a 2080ti card, both with updated drivers using DDU. Anyone have any idea what is happening or any idea what I can try to fix it?

Run the tests on all hard drives/partitions!

Please run HDTune first, in the order posted!

Run HDTune to

• check the health,
• scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
• run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following

• the health,
• the error scan,
• the benchmark incl. following
  
  • transfer rate,
  • access time,
  • burst rate,
  • cpu usage.

Run SeaTools DOS to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
Run the long test.

   Note

Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

As both harddrives are SSD I didnt run SeaTools.

I tried using another SATA cable and swapped the SATA port, but I still get the CRC attention "error" on my 850. Dont know if its a serious thing. Is it?

HDSentinel test:

CRC attention relates to communication issues, afaik it's normal in the beginning when the pc has been build and is unlikely to increase after some time of use. Only if it increases after some time you should worry.

There doesn't appear to be any signs of BSOD crashes so I will ask a moderator to have this thread moved to a better forum.
