Windows Performance Analyzer (WPA) won't run. W10 Pro X64 17763.292
When I start WPA, it opens and immediately closes.
Reliability monitor has this:

I'm going to give DISM and SFC a go and see if that helps. Any other suggestions on how to fix this?
Edit: Ran the following, all clean, no help:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow
Uninstalled then reinstalled Windows Assessment and Deployment Toolkit 1809, this is what I had selected:
no help, same error.
