What do you mean by "disable all the intel and nvidia services"? Should I disable all of them or just related to gpu drivers?
I mean by disabling, in the service manager, go and select Intel and invidia services and disable them. if you see any improvement then you can make those services start automatically (delayed). delayed make services start after windows startup but when the system is idle.

I purchased a new laptop a couple days ago (ASUS ZenBook UX410UAK – specs in screenshot) and straight from the first day I noticed it was way too slow, especially on boot.

I managed to pinpoint down the problem to the HDD...
I have a sony vaio 500hdd 4gb ram i5 processor ,my problem is it takes for ever to start up ,when i start the laptop the windows logo comes up then takes ages to get to the please wait screen then takes ages again to get to the user welcome screen...

I'm using an Intel SSD 240GB 520 series.
Always loading very fast, i.e., about 8 seconds from cold boot.
Since windows 10 is installed, boot time is about 20 seconds and desktop icons take some time to refresh and load their images.
