After uninstalling Intel Rapid Storage Technology and switch to Microsoft Standard SATA AHCI the event log is now back to normal. However, the boot time is still the same. I've also attached the updated WPR for you to analyze. Thanks.

Is there other events id related to a disk issue?
Have you checked your disk health?

WPA show a lot of disk I/O. if nothing work, try a clean windows 10 installation.

Could it be that you've picked up a nasty somewhere in your travels? You don't have to go to unsavory places any more to pick up something nasty.

I agree. And, @igotgun, if you have an extra hard drive, now's a good time to see if you can install your apps and programs onto it.

I was able to finally fix the long boot time issue. Although I was unable to find the exact root cause of this problem.
I will, however, list the fix that I've tried besides the one that already been suggested here.

    - Powershell defrag all partition
    - Tried registry fix for user profile service event 1534
    - Tried registry fix for DCOM error event 10016
    - Disable Intel Integrated GPU and using only NVIDIA graphics card (have both of them enabled since the beginning and never ran into this issue before. Recently update the driver because Intel tool suggest it.)
    - Uninstall Intel Graphics Display Driver and disable igfxCUIService2.0.0.0 service (event log show file not found)

Thank for your help everybody! Marked as solved.

old thread i know, but after facing the same issue a google search led me here...

tried everything mentioned in this thread to no avail, sfc /scannow and all other tools showed no probs, nor did event logs, and drives reported healthy - once system finally booted everything was fine, system was as fast as always (system drive is a samsung 840 evo ssd).

like the original poster, my system, seemingly overnight, went from booting in 30 secs to booting in 5+ minutes, nothing it tried worked.... this wasn't much of a prob since i never turn off my system, but since windows has rolled out a lot of updates recently it has become a real pain in the neck, so much so that it forced me try to solve the issue again, and i finally did!

what worked for me - turned off my system completely, unplugged it from the wall, reseated all drives (c and d) and memory sticks, removed an old optical drive that i haven't used in 5+ years, restarted... it restarted in under 30 secs and, for good measure, i rebooted several times to be sure and each time it's rebooted under 30 secs! hopefully this might help someone else in the same boat.

My mother’s computer also has the same problem and it also has an SSD installed. It takes about 10 minutes to start up and it is very fast after it starts. I guess it could be the image drive problem I've been try some of your method too, did not work....
