Boot Time painfully slow on WD m.2 SSD Drive

I recently built my PC from scratch and decided to use the:

WD Blue 3D NAND 1TB PC SSD - SATA III 6 Gb/s M.2 2280 Solid State Drive - WDS100T2B0B

As my Boot Drive / Steam Library. I am however noticing that my System Boot time can exceed 60 seconds if not longer (has taken as long as 2 minutes 25 seconds) which seems insane to me on an SSD drive. My Macbook had SSD and booted in under 30 seconds and that was just a typical 2.5 inch SanDisk SSD not m.2

I don't have anything extra set to open at launch and my startup items in system preferences are empty and still this happens. Any Suggestions on how to speed the boot time up to a respectable SSD level.

Goto task manager then startup what is taking the time?

I just went through and disabled some of the things that were listed as High Impact

Dropbox, OneDrive, Logitech Options, Logitech Webcam.

The only "high impact" service that is still listed is the Steam Client Bootstrapper ... do I need that? I don't have Steam open at startup because this isn't a primarily gaming PC, I open the app manually on the desktop but I don't want to break it by disabling the bootstrapper haha.

Disable it and see what happens its simple enough to go back and right click to re enable it

Thanks for looking at this for me, it's been driving me crazy. I also ran Disk Sentinel and it was able to tell me info about my SSD but it couldn't run a surface test on it and in Disk Manager it lists itself as DISK 2 and says Not Initialized ... when I try to I get an error and when I try to format it as MBR or GBR it wont let me do either one. Is the disk just toast for some reason? It was fine just like a week ago.

As far as my enabled boot items ... all that is left enabled is Windows Defender, I disabled everything else.

I removed the 250gb Sandisk and it worked like a charm... sadly I think its toast thank you so much for the help it started up as quick as I was expecting.
