but components aren't heating up and HDD's stops spinning too.. but the box keeps noice almost like a bit of shaking and windows slows down a lot!

If your computer is making noise like a shaking I would look at things that spin, fans and HDD's.
You need to check all your fans. (You said your HDD's are power down so they likely aren't the cause)
When you say the components aren't heating up how did you determine?
I would use a tool like HWMonitor and I would be keying in our the CPU and graphics temps.

To push the issue I would use a program like Prime95 to test CPU.
Prime95 - Stress Test Your CPU
Watch the temp on your CPU as Prime95 runs. If your CPU cooler has failed, or thermal paste has failed, then temps will not be controllable. You can reference on the net the temps you expect to see on CPU.
You can also stress GPU although you didn't mention gaming for two days.

I assume you have good airflow through case.
