new hp computer that takes 15 minutes to load window after sleep mode

i got an hp computer 590-0050. it works great and boots fast EXCEPT for when it won't come out of sleep mode which has happened twice in the last 1.5 weeks that i've had it. then i'm forced to hold the power down until it shuts off. after that windows takes 15 minutes to load and no it isn't doing a hard drive check at least it isn't showing it if it is. i'm not exaggerating. most of the time is on the hp logo with the spinning circle that you see with any windows 10 bootup sequence. it also spends a few minutes on a black screen with no cursor. FINALLY when i get the login screen everything happens fairly quickly from there on. i checked and fast startup is enabled.

both times the computer wouldn't come out of sleep mode it acted differently. the first time it came on with a blue screen and no cursor and nothing ever appeared. and no i don't mean bsod blue. just a blue screen. the second time which just happened before i came here the monitor wouldn't power on.

even my old outdated computer wasn't this slow loading windows. and no i haven't tried shutting down the computer and turning it on and see how long it takes to load windows then. i don't have the time to do that now but i will later.

    Hmm...

    I need more detail.

It might be best to backup all your user data and software keys, then do a complete HP factory image restore.
Go with the defaults and let W10 update when appropriate.

Also check for any updated HP drivers and the like.

Then check your Power Plan in settings and only change one element at at time to see how the system reacts.

    Let us know.

Since it's happening in Sleep mode, the first thing to try is to disable hibernation which will also disable Fast Startup which is known to cause issues trying to use Hybrid Sleep. I routinely do this to all computers that I service since hardly anybody uses Hibernation.

Open command prompt (admin) then type powercfg -h off /Enter. If it solves your prob and you want to use Hibernation, replace off with on and follow this tutorial to only turn off Fast Startup - Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10

Okay so a few weeks ago I had this issues where it would take the computer too long to go into sleep, so I had restarted it to see if it would fix it but it didn't, any ideas? Could it be Hard Disk Sentinel?
I've gone into the power & sleep settings, even the advanced power settings and set all to one hour, yet the computer still goes to sleep after 2 minutes if left alone. Help. Thanks, Mike
