I create a 10% partition for Drive 0 and 3 in lieu of over provisioning ....
If you actually would read what I posted in the OP ....
Drive 0 - C @ 200gb & D @ 30gb
Drive 1 - E
Drive 2 - F
Drive 3 - G @ 350GB & H @ 96GB
I have Samsung, Intel and WD SSD's in my notebook ... easier to do this than maintain 3 programs.
But then you really don't even have to be able to read, just L00K!
First, TreeSize can only see what your user has permissions to see. Windows often has a lot of stuff locked away. Do you have another user that might have files in the users folder?
Second, you might want to run a chkdsk to see if the file allocations might be off.
finally, make sure that a TRIM has been run on the SSD recently to clean up garbage.
You have some folders, that should not be there (unless upgrading): ESD, SysReset, Windows.~WS
As it was suggested, try some cleanup, including drivers, considering, that your Windows is huge.

By the way, TreeSize shows the size incorrectly (size=allocated), you might try WizFile.
You might want to check out this post below, and especially the link to Seagate's article about over-provisioning. It appears that the 30GB partition you created on Drive 0 is not really available to the SSD controller for use because it is allocated and formatted as D: Manual over-provisioning needs to be unallocated space on the SSD, apparently.

Not true if TreeSize Free is run as Administrator. Try finding any user that has permission to see inside System Volume Information, for example...

Well, here we have one likely culprit for creating lost clusters. Chkdsk /F is the way to release such lost clusters by allocating them a filename.
