    Even with a clean install you have to do this but clean install means for me download the iso from microsoft website and boot from your usb thumbdrive install only drivers from manufacturer websites and necessary software don't import anything from your old installation backup everything to other drives your drive is enough for windows installation. From what i read there are some files left over from previous installations
