Hello @Penny K, In addition, you might also look through the list in the tutorial below to see if any one of them may be responsible for eating up your drive space. Free Up Drive Space in Windows 10 | Tutorials
Done previously, the TUTs were the 1st place I came to after upgrading from W7.

1 User only, me, from the user account. Ran TreeSize as Administrator.
Chkdsk finds nothing, run 2x as Administrator.
TRIM is set in Optimize Drives for clean up once a week.
I'm sure you know this, but Administrator does not have access to everything, unless you have turned UAC off.

Not true if TreeSize Free is run as Administrator. Try finding any user that has permission to see inside System Volume Information, for example...

That would be my call too.
The one think I know of that can use up drive space without there being any files to show for it is lost clusters. A failing app can allocate clusters to a file, as recorded in the MFT, but fail at the final step of adding a file name to the MFT. Such clusters are lost, in that they are marked as 'used' in the MFT but there is no way to unallocate them as there is no file to delete.
Well, here we have one likely culprit for creating lost clusters. Chkdsk /F is the way to release such lost clusters by allocating them a filename.
Ran TreeSize as an Admin in the OP

You have some folders, that should not be there (unless upgrading): ESD, SysReset, Windows.~WS
As it was suggested, try some cleanup, including drivers, considering, that your Windows is huge.
    Code:
    fsutil usn deletejournal /d /n c:del "%LocalAppData%\Temp" /s /f /qdel "%temp%" /s /f /qdel "%WINDIR%\Installer\$PatchCache$" /s /f /qdel "%WINDIR%\Temp" /s /f /qdel "%WINDIR%\WinSxS\Backup" /s /f /qreg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SideBySide\Configuration" /v "DisableResetbase" /t "REG_DWORD" /d "0" /fDism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBasecleanmgr /sageset:65535 & cleanmgr /sagerun:65535
Download DriverStore Explorer 0.9.39 to remove old drivers.By the way, TreeSize shows the size incorrectly (size=allocated), you might try WizFile.
    ESD deleted.
    SysReset deleted.
    Windows~WS deleted.
There wasn't much in any of them, ESD had 0 bytes, didn't make any impact on the overall size.

Run code through command prompt as admin. Not done.

DriverStore Explorer DL'd, RUN, not sure what is safe to get rid of and what to keep ... Will post a scan and ask for advise.
Attached the export file for opinions on what to delete.
I have an idea as to what, and a system restore is there to back me up ... I'd just rather not have to do it.
driverstore export.7z ... Wont attach a csv file, had to zip

WizFile kept crashing, its a better program than TreeSize, but really needs some updates or something. Will stick with TreeSize for now.
NOTE ... Will DL windrstat as well.

WizFile did show that 46% of the reserved space on C (Not the unused) is being occupied by 3465 files. I bet its error reporting or something similar. Deleting files/folders is fine, its not the r00t of the problem. Need a fix, not a patch.

You can try Wiztree, if Wizfile is crashing.

Do you have some kind of symbolic links on your drive? Onedrive or other Cloud solutions with large files?

    There goes another guessing

Regarding to pictures in 1st post, that 58 GB missing is in backup files ($SysReset.. folder) Not familiar, how that Backup and space reservation works...)
