    High CPU/GPU Temps


    Hi,

    I've noticed high CPU/GPU temps when my watercooler pump and fan are maxed out and all the fans are maxed out currently I only have a browser open and my temps are as follows:

    What is also concerning is currently my GTX 1070 is only powering the 2 monitors(Not any games) and it's really hot and the fans only seem to be spinning extremely slow considering I have them on Max.

    My PC also makes quite the noise, like a constant buzzing noise the CPU is not even under heavy load at the moment and the noise is constant.

    Hi.

    Open your case and inspect it. You could have a fan going and it is not providing the proper movement of air. You will need to power on so be careful inside.

    Some case have filters, remove, clean, replace.

    Check for dust on components. If you blow clean secure fans blades so you don't over spin them.

    When was AIO cooler installed? Check mounting hardware.

    Airflow through box is essential, check cabling, a cable tie may have come undone restricting air or touch fan blade.

    The obvious suspect is the Graphics Card fans. They usually make a noise when the bearings have gone and won't reach their max rpm, the rpm number might be unstable as well. 274 rpm is very low. However that depends on the fan profiling.

    Cleaning fans and oiling may help slightly for a short time but once those bearings are worn then ultimately you will need new ones.

    You may as well check by listening to all the fans in the system for the source of the noise.

    My system (gtx 1050ti, i7-6600) run cool with fans at low speed, but i'm using my system without fuse on power cord running on wall socket.
