New PC, Fresh Installs, Peripherals Input lag

    Hello everyone,
First of all, I'm new and I don't know if I'm on the right category so excuse me for that, and english isn't my native language so I would also excuse myself If I make some mistakes.

Alright so I lost hope of writting on forums because I did post my problem on a lot of forums but no give me an answer or people give up on my problem, so I try my luck here, maybe someone will give me the christmas gift that I want for now more than 9 months : Fix this problem.

    My problem :
Since I would say march-april 2018 my PC has a very very annoying problem, I have a delay between what I actually do with my mouse/controller and what the PC show. I'm a very big gamer and I spent a lot of money on this PC, I can't buy a new one again and find out I have the same problem. This delay (~0.1-0.5sec) is the most annoying thing on earth, it ruins my gaming experience and make me depressed.

    What I did :
Send back every components to the manufacters and they said that everything were fine.
I bought : A new GPU, a new CPU, a new Ram, a new PSU, a new Motherboard, a new Mouse, a new mousepad, a new monitor (with higher hz, from 60 to 144).
I did install every new drivers, even roll back drivers.
    I did update the BIOS
I did reinstall windows 10 home on my PC with the CD many times without succes
I can't believe it's happening, my dad is not a gamer so he can't see the delay well he can't see the difference between 60hz and 144hz so.
Check if there is a process that is using a lot of ressource
Check my CPU temp and GPU temp, both normal
Run a memory test, no problem
    Uninstall Xbox App /DVR

The delay is constant, it's present on my desktop, in my games, even when I use ma graphical tablet and xbox one controller.
My hardware is totally new and work perfectly.

The only thing I could say it's faulty is Windows 10.
Sometimes (rarely) when I exit an application I can see my mouse lagging very hard and then it cames back to normal.

I'm lost and very very sad...
Why does it happend to me and a minority of people on the internet...

I really wish someone can help me and fix this horror

Hi @sashasevar and welcome to the forum,

You talk about 0.1 to 0.5 s of delay. How did you measure that?

I'm not a gamer but I know that you use dedicated gaming mouses and controllers. Have you tried with a standard mouse?

I think that your problems can be caused by a driver. In order to troubleshoot that we need to know what happens on the system.

For that, you need to take a trace with Windows Performance Toolkit.
    1. Download and install Windows Performance Toolkit; Here is a tutorial.
    2. Run Windows Performance Recorder and take a general trace using these options
    3. Start recording the trace and reproduce the issue.
    4. Stop the trace recording and save the trace file.
    5. compress the trace (very important) and share it wetransfer or any file sharing platform.

    See you.

    Hey thanks for help!
I can't mesure my peripherals delay but it feels like a tiny delay when I aim at a certain point and this make my gaming experience impossible since I can't have a normal accuracy...
I also have a delay with all peripherals : xbox one controller, my two gaming mouse, my graphical tablet, keyboard
I've tested to plug it into the pc usb from the pc case, and directly to the motherboard, also switch between 2.0 and 3.0 without succes.
When I used HPET On the delay was worst also,
The delay occur on the desktop, in game also and in bios but I'm not sure
The only thing I see here is that there is a windows 10 update issue. I change my whole PC to get a new one working since I had to upgrade at the same time but without luck, the issue persist. New CPU, new GPU, new Ram, new psu,... New PC and with the same weird bug.
Even after multiple fresh windows 10 home installation the issue won't go away.
I can't buy another windows like windows 7 or 8 so I'm asking for help here.
