SSD slow booth due to GPU (AMD Radeon HD 7400M)

    Hi guys,

I switched to a SSD a couple weeks ago on my laptop for a better performance (with a clean windows 10 install). But sadly enough, my laptop boots very slow (like 2 min.). It also takes to long to shut down, it gets stuck for a minute or 2. While updating all drivers I found out that it was because of the GPU (AMD Radeon HD 7400M series).

When i completely dissable or remove this in device manager, my laptop boots in 8,5 seconds. But I wish to use my graphic card for games and Photoshop. Also, when i start my laptop windows 10 automaticly installes the GPU drivers. I tried the AMD clean remove utility but that failed to.

    What I already tried:
    -Updated all drivers including ssd
-set all energy settings to high performance
    -Fast booth is turned on
    -Dissabled unnecessery applications on startup
-Changed the parameters in Regedit of EnableUlps (found on youtube)
-I Tried to use the old en new drivers of the GPU but none worked fine.
-I tried to install only the driver without the Radeon settings program, no effect at all.

    My laptop specs:
    HP Pavilion DV7-6b01ed
-Core i5, 2,4 MHZ (dual core)
    -8Gb Ram
-Intel HD Graphics 3000 + AMD Radeon HD 7400M series
    -SSD = Kingston A400 240GB

Is there anything that I can do?

Try doing this How to Disable Automatic Driver Downloads on Windows 10

then download the driver that you are attempting to install.

    100% solution:

    1. Type regedit into Cortana
    2. Press and hold Ctrl and press F to Search / Find
    3. Type EnableULPS
    4. Edit (double click) EnableULPS
    5. Change value from 1 to 0
    6. Reboot
