I also would suggest to try this:
1) Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts | Tutorials
2) Boot into Safe Mode on Windows 10 | Tutorials
If that did not Help, your best option will likely be this:
3) Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade | Tutorials

It seems to have resolved itself, I spoke to a Microsoft Technician the other day, and he made me aware of the "Memory leak" issue that some software are having issues with, I downloaded Intelligent Standby List Cleaner and just run it when I game in the background to clear the ram cache, no hiccups no stuttering everything seems great.

Your corsair 1050w PSU might be too power demanding for your wall socket and trail socket power supply. It is a fact.
