    You tried creating a Decimal value called LogPixels under the HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop registry entry and setting the DPI to less than 96 as the post stated? Did you also create the Win8DpiScaling entry and set it to 1?

    I advice you to make a backup copy of all partitions (with Macrium Reflect Free for instance) and then update Windows to latest v1809 17763.194
