Heres a couple things I tried most recently:
-Checked the health/status of the SSD. I had CrystalDiskInfo installed and ran that, everything was all good
-Checked to see if there was another boot record on the other hard drives attached to my system. I even unplugged them to make sure they weren't interefering with the boot. Still no improvement.

After all that research and effort, I just gave up and decided to wipe and format my SSD and installed a clean copy of Windows 10 on it. Now its booting in <20 from cold boot. Thanks for all the suggestions everything, but it sounds like the nuclear option was the best and straight forward option after all.

Could of posted the S.M.A.R.T status for others here to look to make sure. Glad all is o.k. now ! Still not sure what caused your issue, drivers or software whatever was on it before that you may not have put back yet. Hope you backed up all your stuff !
