Disk Cleanup - downloads folder

    I don't like idea of keeping anything in those default places and not even on same disk as OS. Too easy to loose when OS (there's no if) crashes. Instead I set up so every program stores resulting files on second drive which is also backed up regularly.

    Yes, I have created symlinks or moved default locations to other partitions, though the deletion bug affects even those, when upgraded. But I always do a clean install, so no problem here.

    Just some tweaks, I have most of them on pastebin and some are just for my usage, like temporarily enabling unsigned exe or enabling internet, since by default Windows thinks, there is none.
