Windows 10 keeps freezing when left idle

Whenever I walk away from my computer (or even while I'm using it, and just haven't moved the mouse for a few minutes like when watching videos) for just a few minutes, the computer totally freezes. No mouse movement, no input, nothing. I have to hard reset every time this happens, because even Ctrl + Alt + Delete does nothing. I've tried multiple solutions, including different scans and things I've seen online, but no problems are ever detected with the computer, and no viruses either.
The issue started a few days ago when I downloaded the trial version of Camtasia 2018, and the first freeze happened while I was trying to render the video I made, and ever since then, I've had no less than 15 freezes, which always makes me lose progress on the things I'm working on. I really don't want to have to reset my computer and redownload my programs (and every time I've tried, it takes so long that my computer falls asleep and never resets), but I may try that next. Is there anything else I can do?

    Hi
I have seen this kind of freezes related to the video driver. Are yours up to date? If not update ip.

Take a look under c:\windows\minidump path if there is any .dmp file that can give us a clue of culprit driver.
