How come that I have a mix of languages?

When I go into settings, it is English, rightfully so.
When checking out, for instance, background apps, the left panel of the window is still English, but the titles of the apps are Dutch.

I am located in The Netherlands, that is correct.
Settings->Region->Location is set to Netherlands, that is correct.
Spelling check (like Word, email) should be Dutch, by default.

However, entire Windows should be set to English.
Obviously, date/time/currency formats, list separators, etc. they should remain the way I set them.

Q: Is there a way to do that?

It makes things easier to follow English tutorials on taking steps within Window.
Also, when posting screenshots, the Dutch term doesn't need to be translated.

    Thanks!

Many thanks. I gave it a try. Changed settings there (Settings->Region and Language)
Also changed the language settings within Office (Office Preferred Language Tool).
Indeed, some parts changed, other parts still remained the same (Dutch).

Maybe it's going to be solved one day.
Definitely, it's not something to worry about, just an anomaly I guess...

Yeah, I have same mix of English and Serbian and the problem is that most translations are very bad.
