    Windows 10 Build 17134 - 60fps feels like 30fps in borderless window

I have this issue in all my games when in borderless window mode vsync off my fps is at stable 60 (capped it using rivatuner) but when i move my camera around sometimes it feels like 30fps. What seems to be causing this?
I don't have this problem when in fullscreen mode, but some of my games freeze/crash when i alt-tab while in fullscreen.
Turning vsync on in borderless window mode also solves the problem but I wanna play with vsync off.

Never had this issue with Windows 7, just upgraded to Windows 10 this week.

    PC specs:
    i7 4770
    MSI Z87-GD65 (bios version 1.C)
    16gb ram
    GTX 1060 6gb (416.34 driver version)
    1TB WD Black
    Windows 10 Build 17134

    Hi and Welcome to TenForums!

Since you just upgraded to Windows 10, I would recommend you do a reinstall of your display driver: How to clean your system from all display drivers - Qwerty Articles

I would then do a reinstall of all of the drivers then. You can use the Intel Driver Updater tool if you'd like or visit MSI's support page for your motherboard. Report back if this doesn't help in any way.

I downloaded a fresh Windows 10 installer from the microsoft website and my problem is now fixed.
Gonna mark this issue solved, thanks for giving me hints on what to do.
