    Did you download the chipset drivers from Asus?

    Hi @sparkie26 and welcome to tenforums.

    5 min to shut down the system is a huge time even for a less powerful machine!

    In order to troublehoot this issue, you need to record a shutdown trace using Windows Performance Recorder;

    • Download and Install windows Performance Toolkit https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/get-started/adk-install . Choose the package corresponding to your Windows version.
    • Record a trace using Windows Performance Recorder using these options: https://jpst.it/1rRL5
    • When you are prompted to choose where to save the trace file, it's better to save it in an external storage (USB stick or Disk).
    • Compress the resulting file (Important)
    • Share it through Dropbox, google drive or any other file sharing platform.

    I'll analyze your tracefile and give you a feedback.
