1) Backup all important files to another drive.

2) Download and install HD Tune: (free edition)
https://www.hdtune.com/
https://www.hdtune.com/

3) Post images into the thread for test results on these tabs:
Run the tests on all drives:
Model WDC WD2503ABYX-01WERA0
Model Samsung SSD 960 EVO 250GB
etc.

a) Health (SMART)
b) Benchmark
c) Full error scan

4) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
5) sfc /scannow
6) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
7) chkdsk /scan
8) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

9) chkdsk /r /v
Use the syntax chkdsk /r /v /C: or chkdsk /r /v D: changing the drive letter to the applicable drive
(Run the command on all drives)
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.

15) open file explorer > this PC > C: > in the right upper corner search for:
win32k.sys-20181010-2243.dmp
Zip the file > post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

This happened recently.

Open services.msc find the service that is running called, Windows Update and Windows Search the default mode is in automatic, rigth click on the mentioned services, choose to disable, restart the computer for changes to be made.

Another funtion is to disable the programas in the backgorund.

Another protocol is to pass over the unit where the OS is installed, preferably tun these programs in safe mode with network funtions.

AdwCleaner as administrator, when i finished the process i appared a windows with a message if i found and to restart, choose to restart now.

Malwarebytes Free, before updating the signature database, let scan the entire unit and if it finds suspicius files it will send them to quarantine, then activate the boxes and delete them.
