I have the very same issue, but only after the 1809 update. When is MS going to fix all these issues with 1809? I hope we don't have to wait until the Spring '19 update.

    jimalu,

Please update the progress made with the steps in the earlier post.

    1) Increase the free space on C: to > 40 GB

Approximately 15 -20% of free space is best for performance on the windows drive.

    Code:
    C: 231.5 31.07 \Device\HarddiskVolume9
    Code:
          Drive: C:
     Free Space: 31.8 GB
    Total Space: 237.1 GB
    File System: NTFS
Model: Samsung SSD 960 EVO 250GB
    2) Download and install: Everything: voidtools

    3) Use everything to search for: win32k.sys-20181010-2243.dmp
Zip the file > post a share link into this thread. (The file size is approximately 1.7 GB)

    Code:
    win32k.sys-20181010-2243.dmp 10/10/2018 10:43:42 PM 1712.61
    4) Uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Package from Program &
Features then reinstall it again. Thereafter, check if the issue
    persists.

Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64) from Official Microsoft Download Center
