i understand your problem.

if you open the files in another compression program such as7-zip which i recommend instead of the default you get with windows. Does the same laggy issue occur?

About why this happen, my best guess is that the compression level is high on that .zip you got and that's why it it becomes laggy for you. I also notice the high cpu usage & memory...
Not sure what win10 version you got but if you have 1809 installed, it could be a new bug you found.
Or has this happen since early win10 release?

Could you post your pc specs :)?

I notice your pc was still slow after you had open the .zip,
and that is probably because of the high mem & cpu in ur taskmanager.
(I did mention that i noticed it.) ( also checked the .gif you had in ur 1st post )

Yes see when you compress a zip folder depending on what program was used you can choose the compression level of the .zip


This could be whats causing the sluggish behavior your pc demonstrates after you have opened that .zip file.

So if you instead use 7-zip does the lag disappear?

GIF is slow because I use improper software. The frame rate is 8.So I made videos.

Well from what i can see in your video,
when you use winrar or 7-zip the slowness / sluggish behavior from your pc seems to be gone.
a lot less res from ur pc's cpu & mem is used aswell.

Justify Explorer, No i don't think i would be able to do that.

Please use 7-zip to open archived files instead of explorer, because your machine becomes sluggish.
