Blackscreen with blinking cursor and Windows exception Win32kbase.sys

Guys please help me I don't know how to fix this problem. When I open my laptop (Windows 10 64 bit) before the login in screen a black screen pops up with blinking cursor on the upper right of my screen (underscore) and I have to restart my laptop by pressing the power button just to open it again and thankfully this time it opened normally but I don't know if it was the right thing to do. This have happened a few times now. Also just recently my laptop experience a blue screen that has an error that says Windows Exception Win32kbase.sys. I tried running sfc /scannow using command prompt it says no error were found and even tried dism cleanup and it finished 100% without problems. My display adaptors as well are updated. i'm sure that it can't be a memory ram issue because my laptop was only bought last year and its brand new. I don't want to result to formatting my laptop or reinstalling anything. Please help.

    1) Which parts of the laptop have been replaced or added? When was the last time any of the components were tested?

    2) Open the website for the computer manufacturer > support > enter the product or serial number or model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread

    3) The specs displayed Windows 8.1. Was this another computer or is the problematic computer an upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10?
Update the system specs in the "My Computer" section:
System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums | Windows 10 Tutorials
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    4) There are two log collectors: DM and BETA
The beta log collector at some time will replace the DM log collector.
The beta log collector collects more useful folders and files.
Run the beta log collector and post a zip into this thread.
The beta log collector is near the bottom of this web page:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums
    (Use extract all > open)

    5) If you cannot boot to windows then power off the computer and power on two additional times in succession.
For each power off attempt to time it with the appearance of the Windows icon.
On the third power on allow the computer to launch the computers Windows advanced troubleshooting menu.
Then perform startup repair. If startup repair fails then advance to the next step.
Perform system restore. Start with the oldest system restore point and keep repeating to the most recent restore point.
If this fails the open command prompt. This should launch a black box with title bar: Administrator: X:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe and with prompt: X:\sources>
    Type: chkdsk /r C:
    Reboot as needed.
This may take many hours so plan to run overnight.

    6) Find a flash drive that you can format ( > or = 8 GB)
    7) Create a bootable windows 10 iso: (Windows 10 build 1803)
    Download Windows 10

    8) Report the progress with the above steps into the thread.

When available please post the BETA log collector:
    https://www.tenforums.com/attachment...-v2-beta15.zip
    (extract all > open)

In the earlier post, step # 6, is not to install a new version of Windows.
The bootable windows 10 iso is a repair tool.
If necessary this tool is used to repair a problematic boot, a corrupt operating system, problems with the registry, etc.

But bootable means reinstalling windows right. Because I'm pretty sure I have done that before.

The laptop is also used by my brother if you see anything wrong with it in terms of piracy its because of him. Right now he doesn't want me to remove any program in it pirated or not. So there's nothing I can do. I just want to get my work done but like I said laptop problems.

    Hello Mike,

I'm sorry, but we are not allowed to help because of the piracy.

I can only tell you that you will need to do a clean install with a genuine product key.
