Power on the computer and as soon as you see the Microsoft icon power off.
Power on again and as soon as you see the Microsoft icon power off.
Power on the third time and see if it opens the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the computer.

If it does not open the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the computer then find a flash drive that you can format ( > or = 8 GB).

Then create a bootable windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10

Insert the flash drive into any USB port.
Power on the computer and click the applicable F key so that you can boot to the external USB HD.
List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys

If there is no F key then temporarily modify the bios boot order so that you can boot to the external USB HD.

It may take 5 - 10 minutes for the iso to load while viewing the Microsoft windows icon.

Select language, time, currency, and keyboard, or click next.

In the left lower corner click repair your computer (do not click install)

    Click troubleshoot

Click Startup repair > if it fails continue to the next step and if it indicates that it created a srttrail.txt file report that into the thread

Click system restore > start with the oldest system restore point and keep repeating to the newest restore point. If system restore fails or if there were no restore point then advance to the next step

For the next steps find a camera or smart phone camera to take pictures and post images of the commands and the results into the thread.

The next steps are using command prompt. This should open a black box with title bar: Administrator: X:\Windows/system32\cmd.exe and prompt: X: Sources>

Open the CD tray and see if something is in there. If so, remove it.
