I don't know what those codes mean. I would need to research that.

I hesitate to uninstall Malwarebytes and ESET, paid software that I haven't had an issue with (that I know of). Why Windows Defender instead?

    These are temporary steps.
The codes are for me to keep track of the findings in the logs.
After the troubleshooting has completed you can reinstall both ESET and Malwarebytes.
The troubleshooting will be completed when the misbehaving drivers or malfunctioning hardware is found.
And when the computer environment is stable (no more unexpected restarts)

Ok. I will do that tomorrow. Do I need to use the uninstaller links rather than the usual program uninstall from control panel? I see with ESET I might have to reinstall some network adapters otherwise. ( I wouldn’t know how to go about that ).

When uninstalling antivirus software the company uninstallers are needed to uninstall files in the registry that can be missed using control panel uninstall.

Unexpected restarts can come from misbehaving hardware or software drivers or malfunctioning hardware or both.

The antivirus software works with software drivers.

The drivers displayed in the above post were seen in the debugging.

Completely uninstalling the software will uninstall the drivers.

The computer environment can then be evaluated without these drivers to see whether it is stable or unstable.

In addition windows driver verifier can be used to see if there are any more misbehaving drivers.

There was a hardware driver seen in the crash.

This can be uninstalled now or if it is confirmed using Windows driver verifier it can then be uninstalled and reinstalled.

Using Windows driver verifier should allow testing of all of the drivers on the computer.

It is important to backup all important files to another drive, make a backup image, and make a brand new restore point before using the tool.
The links have information on how to turn off and recover from using the tool. Please read the links so that you can become comfortable with the steps using the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu.

Ok. I understand. I will do the uninstalls and then I will put a system image on my external hard drive with my EaseusTodo backup Software. After creating a new system restore point, should I then run the tool? (I have a Netbook I can use to access instructions) or post back if things go badly.

It is Thanksgiving this weekend in Canada, so I may not get to this till next week.

The tool Windows driver verifier is used to cause bsod crashes.
Sometimes the computer can become sluggish with decreased performance and very slow boots.
    So precautions are made to:
    a) backup all important files to another drive or to the cloud
    b) make a backup image and save the backup image to another drive or to the cloud
    c) make one or more new restore points

After each bsod the windows advanced troubleshooting menu is used to turn off or recover from using the tool.
When back on the desktop the misbehaving driver(s) are uninstalled.
New drivers can be immediately installed or can be installed after all misbehaving drivers are uninstalled.
The end result should be the same.

When using Windows driver verifier there are customized test settings.
All non-Microsoft drivers will be tested simultaneously.
The initial test settings will be three simultaneous test using the customized settings in this link:

Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

If there are no misbehaving drivers using the settings or if there are no additional misbehaving drivers after using the three tests the customized test settings are changed to the customized settings in this link (approximately 19 simultaneous tests)

Driver Verifier-- tracking down a mis-behaving driver. - Microsoft Community

Please learn the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu methods to turn off or recover from using the tool.
The windows advanced troubleshooting menu can be opened by using the administrative command prompt command:
    shutdown /r /o /f /t 00

The windows driver verifier tool is used for 48 hours.
After the last bsod the tool is used an additional 36 hours of typical computer use.
If there are no further bsod during the 36 hours the tool is turned off and it will complete the use of the tool.

Hmmm. I have not had any black screens or unexplained shutdowns for 2 days. I will see if any more occur over the weekend.

Has that been with the removal of both antivirus software products?
