Did a chkdsk /f and all okay
will try the esc on boot as above

What is "system reserved windows 10 100% fragmented" - I have read elsewhere that it isn't an issue.
You can ignore that. Drives/partitions with no letter assigned will do that, say that. It doesn't know what else to tell you.

I don't know why I thought of HP, I just noticed it appears to be a Packard Bell.
--- I don't know how Dell comes into the picture but:

Go to Belarc - System Management For The Internet Age. Software license management, IT asset management, IT security, Cyber Security. and download the Belarc advisor.
It will report your computers information: we need to know the model.
--- Let us know the information in the system model section

Since you are there also report the Windows 10 & version/build information in the operating system section.

Do you have the users manual for it and can post it for us? Airmail or carrier pigeon?

If serious - I 'think' this is the user manual etc - but the only way I can display it is via Google and viewing the cache... ftp://ftp.packardbell.com/pub/itemnr...B_iMdS3850.pdf
