If your system if working with no problems you can safely remofe all from that list, to free up space when needed.

That would be "Extended Disk Cleanup". You can safely select anything in the list that you no longer want.
If you select (check) to delete the Previous Windows installation(s) item, you will no longer be able to go back to the previous version of Windows. If this is not a concern or need, then it's safe to delete.
