Suddenly getting slow boot times Help me analyze WinBootInfo boot log

    Windows 10 v1709 OS Build 16299.611
OS Drive: Samsung 960 Pro NVme M.2 1TB SSD (GPT)
Fast Startup turned off in Windows
    Fast Boot on in Bios
    Windows updates completed
Have latest drivers installed for my Asus VIII Hero mobo
Slow in both normal startup and Safe Mode
Boot times before were fast 18-20s range now consistently in the 42-49s range

I ran WinBootInfo to see what is going on during the boot process and included both a screenshot and a txt log of the results it found in this post.

Yes, I made sure to install all of the latest windows updates but the problem was occurring before and is still occurring now after updates. I installed Windows Performance Recorder and after using it to record boot up I loaded the .etl file into Windows Performance Analyzer. What would be the most helpful way to upload the results on here and what should I specifically be looking for in Windows Performance Analyzer? It is definitely more in depth than the other program I was using but its almost too much data lol

Upload it to onedrive, google drive, dropbox or other upload service if the file is too large to be uploaded as a zip directly.

The WPR analysis will be key, but also note
    KB4100347 Intel microcode updates for Windows 10 v1803 - September 13 - Page 6 - Windows 10 Forums

and the Gibson Inspectre tool post #56
which indicates performance hits with respect to kb4100347

There appears to be a file in the Winlogon initialization that is taking 12 seconds to load. Have you run SFC /scannow in admin cmd or powershell?

Yes I’ve run sfc/scannow and it returned no errors but not in Powershell. What is the file?

C:\Windows\System32\profext.dll or C:\Windows\System32\WlS0WndH.dll, I'm not exactly sure how to read the boot performance log file, but either of these takes 12 seconds.
