    Boot Logo Delay

An update on my boot issue, about 4 months after doing the repair install of Windows 10:

Over the last months my boot logo time has been slowly getting longer and longer. After the repair install it was 8 seconds, and then weeks later it was 15, then 26, then 45, until today it was 75 seconds. I'm not sure what's causing this. Maybe the various Windows updates?

So I just did another repair install, using the same ISO file as before, and now my boot logo time is under 8 seconds once again.

At least there's a fix for this issue, but why the boot logo delay builds up over time is a mystery.

Within the next 30 days Windows 1903 is expected to be available.
This should modify/fix any registry / operating system problems.
If problems occur after the above then test for a problematic application(s).

An in place upgrade repair is relatively easy.
It may correct an unknown problem and creates a starting point to work from.
It will reset any Windows customized settings and these will need to be reset.
Create a brand new bootable Windows 10 iso:
    Download Windows 10
Perform an in place upgrade repair:
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade | Windows 10 Tutorials

If you do not have a flash drive ( > or = 8 GB)the in place upgrade repair can be done by downloading the iso to the desktop.
Having a flash drive iso will allow you in the future to fix windows problems on multiple computers.

Before performing the in place upgrade repair run the BETA log collector and post a zip into this thread.
There are two log collectors: DM and BETA
At sometime the beta will replace the DM log collector.
The beta log collector is new the bottom of this webpage:

I have faced a significantly slow startup time (4-5 min) in my Windows 10 before and after upgrading to an SSD, and doing an in-place upgrade repair was a pretty simple fix for me as well. Thanks!
