Sudden Massive Boot time increase from 15-20 secs to over 5 minutes

Hi guys,
I have been facing a weird problem for the last few days- my computer which would normally boot in about 30 secs max, now suddenly takes about 4-5 minutes to boot. I have tried checking for malware or viruses, ran chkdsk and also tried the steps from :
Sudden slow boot time on Windows Loading screen with SSD. I have installed windows on a 108GB Kingston SSD.

I have run the WPR and attached the logs here.

Could someone please help me figure out what is causing my system to behave so weirdly? It seems to run fine after booting, only taking forever to get to the login screen from POST.

You could try recording a boot trace. There is another thread currently running here cold starts having issues to load win10 properly, takes very long etc

Massive increases in boot tine are offten an indication the drive is failing. If the imminent failure is due to the drive interface electronics, it is virtually impossible to detect admittedly.

No matter what the issue is - make sure all valuable dats on that physical drive is backed up immediately as a precaution.

Note: this could also indicate a power supply issue or connection issue. Check all cables are firmly connected.

Check trim has been run recently if an ssd.

My desktop runs on SSD. I ran trim just yesterday and have had it run on a weekly schedule over the last couple of years. This problem seems to have started last week, all of a sudden.

I tried the clean boot as well. Didn't make much difference - about 10 seconds I think. It was still obscenely long.

The boot trace is already done and I have attached the link in the first post :) perhaps one of you could take a look and help me decipher it? It makes no sense to me.
