Hight temps in laptop when in "best performance" AND plugged in.

    What it looks like to me is both plugged in and battery your CPU is at 100% for the most part. or am I missing something?

    No, as you can see here http://prntscr.com/kpo0b9 when unplugged it's fine
    (the max value you see is the one that was from when I had it plugged in)

    Ok. Maybe someone with more understanding of laptops can help. It doesn't look right to me and shouldn't be acting that way.

    You have removed the Dell components that control the cooling.
    Reinstall the relevant software from the Dell website.

    Alternatively use the Recovery to reset back to the as bought condx.

    Cooling is not my problem.
    Yes the temps are high but is normal when the CPU is constantly at 100%.
    My issue is that the CPU should not be at 100% at all times.
    Furthermore the fans are working. And they are working based on temperature. Highest temperature more speed, lower temp lower speed. So that system is working!

    Dell will set the policies under which your Processor, GPU and cooling works, these are all interdependent. You have removed that.

    It is not simply fan speed. There is a lot more to it than that. System is not working correctly as a whole.
