Speed up USB3 File Transfer

Hi folks

That works on non SSD devices too although performance isn't as good obviously as with SSD. In any case one should never remove HDD's / SDD's externally attached to the system before "safe eject hardware" applet in the system tray (normally bottom right of screen). Windows also can have "delayed writes" or finishing paging so always use the eject hardware applet before removing external disks.

I don't just pull out my external drive after ejecting it, I just wait for the light to be turned off.
