    Yes, I run from: <Run>, <Admin Command Prompt>, and your last one Start Windows10.
    Nothing happen. See Collecting data for 60 seconds...

    Under System32 I have: perfmon.exe, Application,148 KB, and perfmon.msc, Microsoft Comm, 143 KB

    And after the 60 seconds it should take about 30-60 seconds to prepare the report.

    Try right clicking the windows icon, choose "Computer Management", and click 1.Performance>>>2. Reports>>> 3. System Diagnostics and see if you have a report there.

    Yes, As you explain above I can open System Diagnostic for this perfmon /report.
    Still can not open in simple way. OK, lets try in this way.

    I do have report but from 4 hrs ago Not new one. I think to start again?

    Are you currently using any UXStyle theme patching software(memory or file patching) ? Or icon patching software(like from Virtual Customs HUD)?
    These will "break" performance monitor.

    Well, after 5 minutes using Run, System Diagnostics Report have been open. Strange?

    Hi,

    Similar problem here, system diagnostics is running but doesn't seem to do anything.

    I don't have any particular tweaks on my machine as far as I can tell either.

    Not really, maybe it will run faster next time. Try rebooting then run it after all your startups are loaded. Just a thought:)

    Try rebooting and running it again.
