    event viewer

I see many errors in event viewer but do not know what they mean. I was going to show one but thought it may compromise my security.
Sorry about the post lacking information; are these errors dangerous for the most part or are they harmless.
I am not going to poke around here I do not understand but was curious why there were so many under admin.

I too get quite a few errors of nearly the same events over and over at every boot and some after completed boots, although the PC seems to be working perfectly normally. As far as I understand, even a perfectly set up brand new PC gets event errors and trying to track down each and every event error seems futile (Clicking on hotlinks to More Information in the details section of the event itself leads to nowehere).

So, unless I get any problems during the Windows session, or I am trouble shooting something, I have stopped obsessing over the event viewer.

Individual log entries in Event viewer may or may not be significant. Event viewer is Windows' notebook and it scribbles lots of things in it; I have a notebook in my back pocket and it is also full of rubbish that I will probably never have to take any action about.
    - Not all entries are errors - it is an event log not purely an error log.
    - Not all errors persist [a Windows component might record not being able to access something because the thing concerned was being accessed by another component; the first Windows component might then try again and succeed after the other one has finished but the entry will remain in the logs].

It is more productive to consider any faulty behaviour by Windows rather than any entries in the Event logs.
