    Need more advice

I'm cleaning up my Windows 10 pc to make more space. I unloaded some useless software and deleted some files on the desktop,,,,, Is that enough? What else do I need to do?

Topic has been discussed- there are a couple of quite recent threads if I recall which you may be able to find...

Ccleaner can be useful (free version) although this is changing now ownership has changed.

Try the portable version of Wise Disk Cleaner 9.7.6. It's free. You might be pleasantly surprised.

Use this one with caution. It can be quite aggressive. Do not just let it fly with it's defaults, research and analyze what you are deleting. Have a good image backup of your entire system before doing any massive cleaning.

    I completely agree with f14tomcat.

Can we just have this message written somewhere in the header of the forum so that we don't have to waste time to write it in every thread.

Don't do anything until you know what you're doing!

    1) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums | Windows 10 Tutorials
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    2) Post an image of disk management: (widen two columns: status and volume > make sure that the characters in each row are in full view and that no letters are cut off)

You can lower the page file, you can disable Hibernation, if you don`t use it.

Go to settings -> System -> Storage -> Cleanup now (I don't know if that is the exact name, because my windows is in Spanish). But I think you get the idea.
Another alternative method is to open an administrative cmd windows and type cleanmgr.exe

Yes, 512MB pagefile should be enough.

You can completely disable swapfile.sys and free another 250MB (it's like the pagefile but for apps).
    Code:
    reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management" /v "SwapfileControl" /t REG_DWORD /d "0" /f
