PC is slow, found fix but only for short time period

Are your specs for "My Computer" accurate, specifically 8GB GoodRAM DDR4 2400MHz? Debugging memory consumption issues is difficult and time consuming, so I'll leave that to the real experts (@zinou, @essenbe). Might you be open to throwing more RAM resources at your system? If so, you might want to consider upgrading to 16 MB or more RAM on your PC. Not that expensive and will definitely improve runtime/memory availability characteristics. Looks like you could insert 2x8 GB (16 GB total: ~$130) or 2x16 GB (32 GB total, what I run on my top-end rigs; ~$180) for not too much expense.

A RAM freeing up utility won't solve the problem. Try to debloat your OS. Open the Task Manager and see which process is taking the most memory.

Either bloated or a "memory leak" somewhere and that usually doesn't show up in Task manager.

Your PC should be fast in almost all situations. Only thing to add is SSD.

Check for possible infections (coinminers). Run ADWcleaner and Malwarebytes, and edit your hosts file:
