Windows Power Option Configuration settings missing

I currently have a dell xps 9570, and I like to make my own power settings to limit the cpu while away at school because im only using it for word docs, ide, etc. The issue is after I updated windows, it seems like most of the power configuration options are gone . (See Picture). Like i want to be able to cap my cpu usage, did they remove this for good or did they move it to another section? Thanks in advance guys.

dell and balance. I'm used to being able to customize them though, so that's why i'm wondering where the missing settings are.

    Hey sabino455,
Try creating a (High Performance) Power Plan which should have the options your looking for. Check this tutorial - Create Custom Power Plan in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials

Well the issue isn't that I can't make a new power setting option, (I made the power saving one), but I am not able to set my maximum clock speed and minimum clock speed, those options don't show up anymore.

OK Sorry to revive this older thread but it seems at least with some Dell Notebooks we again have lost the options for USB and CPU in our Power Options/Advance Not sure when this happened after which WU but I have in this last month or couple of weeks that on wake up that my USB to LAN Dongle has to be restarted my external hard drives at times also. So Where has MS Windows moved these setting to now? Hoping that there is a gpedit to or new location I that I haven't found yet. All I'm picking up Searching is older stuff that recommends creating a new power plan which no longer works at least on this notebook. also turning off Virtualization in my BIOS also does not work,

Remove 'USB selective suspend setting' in Power Options in Windows
This with the Reg file restored my USB Selective setting.
    Now for the CPU setting
