What would I do with that information?
1) Perform the Network reset.
Navigate to "Hosts" file using the information TC and I provided. In that folder you should see a file called "Hosts".
Right click and open with Notepad. Ensure all lines in file have a pound sign "#" for every line in file.
Report back when network reset and you've confirmed Host file has no active lines. The pound sign in from of each line tells the system this is a comment line and should not be acted on.

Another "essential" in My toolbox, (in many ways it is my toolbox as it will work on a PenDrive), Is WSCC. [Windows System Control Centre], Which gives quick access to All the Main Sysinternals Tools, All or Nir Sofer's Tools, a selection of standard windows tools and option to add your own tools . It also has an auto Update to keep things up to date, [at least for it's standards.
