the creation date of folder is Friday 1st May 2020
it contain single file name...
Simple as the title. Is safe to delete the "Panther" folder at C:\Windows directory.
Note : i think it is created after a (succesful) repair upgrade.

Windows 10 1803 started having problems with October 2018 Update. Would not upgrade to 1809 and so had several updates pending. Contacted Microsoft support. They said they would just disable updates and I could carry on with 1803. A few days later...
