Windows 10 high (70%) CPU usage

The problem is that I don't know what is using so much CPU as you can see there is no name for this process. I have tried to use end task on the process but after about 10 minutes it will just come back. I really could you some help to figure out what is using so much CPU and how to stop this process from starting.

Seeing the rest of the processes would help as some processes are directly linked to others.

I figured out what the process was by right clicking and search online and found that this process is called svchost.exe
But I don't understand how can I disable it or make it take less CPU power.

svchost is legitimate Windows process. Blank name doesn't look correct, hit End Task box in lower R corner and see if it re-starts with name.

I have already done that but it still restarts without a name. Is there a chance of this being a virus?

Possibly yes, but usually you'll see at least a few signs like strange files, performance issues, browser settings being unable to change (exception for those controlled by legit extensions), etc.

That's where I was going with that....I believe it's some type of infection.
