Mixed Reality Portal

Hello,
Please help me to uninstall this useless program. What I did so far after searching for an answer, followed the instructions on this "https://winaero.com/blog/uninstall-mixed-reality-portal-windows-10/" site, made manually the entries in the registry. ( This mixed reality portal was not seen in settings before the registry editing).
Opened the settings, there it was, clicked on it on the "Uninstall" button, what I got is that first I have to disconnect my headset - which I do not have, and close this program - which never opened it. And searched in the "Task Mgr", it is not listed there. According to the explanation on mentioned site, the uninstall button should be a whole button, what I have is 'half' a button. Clicked on the 'half', no results/

How do you uninstall this thing? I renamed it, but then Windows copied it back.

Uninstall does not work - on 1803 anyway.

Just looking though the internet, it looks like it may be part of the OS now; sound like IE all over again.

Works for me cuz I just did it!

Does not even show in Settings. I have Classic Shell installed which shows Uninstall and I have clicked it a dozen times and it is still there.

Not even that works, Mixed Reality Portal does not show in CCleaner either. I saw an article a few weeks ago that said that is part of the OS and can't be removed like IE was.
