I want to upgrade my HP ZBook for optimal performance. I have provided a link for the specs of the computer. Basically, I want this thing to be fast and have good graphics. Everyone, keep in mind that I am new at doing this.

first off never buy a laptop if you are wanting to upgrade. Second since it is a laptop your upgrade options are limited to a bigger ssd drive and adding more memory. That's it.
What would you like to upgrade ? CPU, GPU and most other stuff is soldered directly to motherboard, totally not upgrade-able hardware wise. There are some external graphic cards but processor would be a bottleneck for any really good ones.
It already has an SSD so you could upgrade to larger one but that's about it.
