Windows Recovery Environment only shows Advanced Boot Options.

Windows Recovery Environment is only showing Advanced Boot Options, no other options (Such as System Restore, Command Prompt etc.).

Any ideas as to why this is?

In a Command Prompt (Admin) run:

    Reagentc /info

I think you will see that Windows recovery is disabled.

Many things can be accomplished in safe mode and this may be available after clicking restart.

If you want other options besides safe mode with command prompt, safe mode with networking, or safe mode, you can open administrative command prompt or administrative powershell and type reagentc /enable if the command posted by navylcdr displays disabled.
