    Yes there is auto enabled and disable. I've tried all three and still Windows power plan will not adjust my cpu to 100%.

    These are other options that I have enable/disable to see if it makes any changes but with no luck.

    There's also Cool&Quiet mode and C6 mode.

    I don't have that c6 option on my board as you can see In the pics I have sent.

    I took those pictures from MB's manual. ASRock > A320M-HDV

    Yeah I know I've downloaded the manual aswell there is a few things that don't match the manual but I just assumed that alot has changed with bios updates since the manual was published.

    Well, you can't do any overclocking on that MB anyway so you might as well set everything on manual.

    Here is a example. This image is taken from the manual.


    And this one is taken from my board.

    delete skype account

    As you can see I have 2 extra options at the bottom and the and cbs is where the control c-states option are. Either they moved it or it has something to do with my cpu I'm just not sure.

    You just may have to dig in that UEFI a bit deeper. I have different MB so can go only by manual and pictures.
