Hi, yes both restart and cold start up.

Confused about the below.

Windows has started up:
Boot Duration : 25660ms

How does this related to 134402 [ms]?
Additionally, how does the last BIOS time add up to all of this?

Since 25.66 [s] doesnt seem much, especially if it already includes the last BIOS time (25.1 in your case).

Hi so my question, was in fact misleading, how would you describe this problem?

I did a clean install,via a USB flash drive, and now my PC takes 79 seconds to start up as to 54 before.
