Anyone able to review my CBS log from System File Checker

Anyone able to review my CBS Log from System File Checker? Before I panic and do a complete reformat again of my Windows 10 1803 Pro x64 Desktop

Don't know if just Avast issues or something more serious

    Code:

Consider these options if dism restorehealth was not able to fix the scannow problems:
Perform a clean install if you have files backed up.

If files are not backed up then perform and in place upgrade repair and uninstall Avast with the applicable uninstall tool. Then reevaluate the scannow and restorehealth command results.

Yes same computer, Though I had problems on all 3 of the most used systems in the household, just clean installed Laptop machine, and recently clean installed the AMD FX 8310 system, and soon doing the Intel I7 desktop, soon as make sure storms are not gonna happen

Files are backed up already, drivers backed up to flash drive for that system

One thing not doing is reinstalling Avast, after all the problems I had since 1803 came out with it

All machines was originally clean installed to 1803 when came out April 30th, Then thought things was fine, next bootup of laptop a few day later, started with ui failed, then after reparing Avast, behavior shield wouldn't work, then it was sfc scannow issues, then checked the AMD FX 8310 system--same, so re clean installed that one, and Intel I7 desktop redid on May 8th, and then problems came back again on the 10th, So yeah Avast staying out this time from all the systems
